Job Description

Hollstadt is looking for a Quality CoE Lead that is also the thought leader for the Quality community and identifies and advocates for improvements in business process transformation and redesign discipline. This includes defining the vision and priorities for improving CoE maturity, establishing methods for measuring value of the CoEs, and identifying training and knowledge content to improve skills and standardize consistent standards and tools across the entire Quality and Business Process Redesign CoE community.


  • Undergraduate Degree is required
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving expertise to effectively work with and influence teams of functional representatives in a large, matrixed environment
  • 5+ years mobilizing and leading business process redesign and transformational business design efforts for large, complex enterprises.
  • 5+ years implementing business improvement initiatives, analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
  • 5+ years of consulting and organizational design experience.
  • 5+ years of experience ideating, designing and implementing business level transformation and optimization strategies
  • 5+ years experience in agile-based delivery of products or projects using Rally or similar tool.
  • Progressive experience in program management and value realization, inclusive of programs successfully delivering $50M or more of value.
  • Experience working in a blended Agile framework across product and project type work efforts.
