Job Description
Hollstadt is looking for a Dynamics 365 Analyst to play a critical role for implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as some ancillary supporting integrations and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience administering users, data, and integrations for Dynamics, as well as a functional business knowledge of core data and business processes such as order to cash and purchase to pay.
Responsibilities: - Supporting users, data, and functional workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
- Ensuring stability and consistency across (D365F&O) environments
- Supporting users in subordinate systems such as Ship Compliant, Salsify, VIP, and Anaplan
- Overseeing delivery of quality additions to data and code adhering to standards and methodologies
- Support of code promotions related to continuous updates strategy, including regression testing
- Supporting DevOps backlog for work across systems
Tasks: - Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members and D365 System Administrator to ensure stability of all D365F&O environments
- D365F&O performance and production monitoring
- Troubleshoot D365 F&O technical issues and frontline support
- Manage and monitor integrations and users for integrated systems (e.g. Power BI, Anaplan, Salsify)
- Build and maintain D365 reports for business users as outlined by the leadership team.
- Maintain master data within the system including pricing (FOB/COGS) and other commercial data attributes. Communicate data updates as necessary to 3rd party partners.
- Maintain “Data Dictionary” and serve as the expert to source data and build reports for business partners in various functions (i.e. sales, operations, finance, marketing, etc.)
- Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/ D365F&O or equivalent system
- 2+ years of experience with system support/administration with cloud/SaaS applications
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: - DevOps, LCS, Azure Cloud knowledge
- MS SQL Server – knowledge of data models and performance monitoring tools a plus
- Anaplan Experience – Level 1, 2 or 3 certifications a plus
- Azure service bus or similar integration tools: Able to monitor issues/troubleshoot/resubmit
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
