As an Implementation Analyst within our Operations department, you will work on a small team of key players to implement health action programs on a one-of-a-kind engagement platform. As a critical member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for detailed requirements gathering from the discovery phase through program delivery. This role requires the ability to be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to have consistent follow-through expertise. Strong communication skills are a must, since you will be leading working sessions with individuals ranging from internal and external executive sponsors to creative and product/technology team members to launch complex programs. Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful client implementation delivery
• Experience working with client implementation teams as well as developing deep, infectious relationships with but not limited to Product, Sales, Operations, Experience Design, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Experience gathering business and technical requirements in a manner that drives the right conversations upfront to meet needs while limiting rework down the road
• History of writing and maintaining useful documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Well-developed leadership mentality that prioritizes collaboration to achieve great outcomes; inspires others to work together in pursuit of common goals
• Excels and succeeds in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration
• Natural curiosity and a drive to understand complex concepts and systems, expanding the scope beyond immediate areas of ownership
• Creative, flexible, positive problem-solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

• This is a client-facing role, so communication excellence is paramount

• Healthcare industry experience or experience delivering consumer-facing software implementations in regulated industries, or experience with B2B2C models is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in client implementation or relevant roles leading training and requirements gathering
• Familiarity with project/work management tools a plus (We use Workfront!)
