Job Description

Client is looking for a BA/PM combo who can come in and hit the ground running in helping orchestrate internal work and help with the vendor implementation and a lot of integrations. Someone who can keep things organized and on track getting the vendor and business partners what they need. Manage a project to a certain degree but also be in the weeds. Maintaining and monitoring to-do lists while herding cats, run people down and figure out a plan.


Requirements:

  • Project Management and business analyst skills
    • able to work with the finance team (A/P and invoicing teams to understand their needs)
  • Financial accounts payable and invoice processing experience.
  • Knowledge in accounting/accounts payable, invoicing and costing.
  • Line of site on understanding what the vendors needs are. Orchestrating a million spreadsheets where we track day to day and needs to get put in that system. 
  • Organized, able to figure out a plan, management the project to a certain degree, and be in the weeds.

Preferred:

  • Airline operations in finance experience would be nice but not required.
  • Sky Metrics system experience not likely we’d find this, not required but would be nice to have.
